A family-owned business, Peterson Picture Co. has been serving the retail and custom framing markets – both residential and commercial since 1954.

Located in the Chicago neighborhood of Avondale, and serving clients everywhere. We help retail customers, corporations, government agencies, interior designers, and artists find the perfect framing treatments for their projects.

Affordability, attention to detail, and excellent customer service are built into our business philosophy, as is a commitment to minimizing our footprint and working with sustainable, eco-friendly materials.

Our showroom and adjacent manufacturing facility span 13,000 square feet, which allows us to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Whether we’re acting as a primary vendor fulfilling high-volume orders, sewing a sports jersey in preparation for a custom shadowbox, or deftly handling unique artwork, we have the resources and infrastructure to ensure high-quality control standards.

Peterson Picture Co. is doing everything it can to reduce its energy footprint and promote a cleaner environment. We offer sustainably produced options assembled from certified green materials, which are documented as eco-friendly.

At Peterson, we make a dedicated effort to work with suppliers whose sustainability goals align with ours. The materials we use from our key supplier include mouldings that are certified by both the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and PEFC International, in addition to our FSC line of matboards.
